I have been operating in West Cornwall since 1992 carrying out gas, oil, LPG full and Heat Pump heating installations, boiler changes, servicing and landlord certificates. I also install bathroom suites from a simple swap to a full renovation including tiling and lighting.
All my workship is guaranteed for 5 years. Depending on which boiler you choose it will normally be guaranteed for 5 years, except for Vaillant: as an accredited Vaillant installer I can offer 10 years.
I don't ask for a deposit for domestic installations, just payment when the work is done and you are happy.
